I was FINALLY back in the gym today, and it felt so good. Snatch, snatch pulls, stop squats (back), pressing, other conditioning.

New PR! Coach didn't know my 1RM was 45 (he thought it was 55 or something) so I was actually doing my PR the entire time and then had to go above. Weight was easy, I'm just still working on technique, and I hope to get to at least 60 by the end of the summer.

My dead hangs SUCK so I definitely have to get better at those. Dips have gotten much better, especially considering all the dips I did this past week.
Diet was crap tonight, because of my sister's birthday. Carbfest galore. After my mom's birthday this Friday, I'll definitely have to be strict for a while.
