Paying for Sunday

So yesterday wasn't a great lifting day, but that was to be expected after Sunday, so I was ok with it. I was soooo tired and my calfs were unbelievably sore (from not running, probably), but that's ok.

I have to start being ok with having bad days like this. I know I can do better, so I'm trying to use that as motivation, because I can get REALLY frustrated with myself. I wasn't yesterday, just because I had a great, fun day on Sunday, so I'll have to try to think like that whenever I have a bad day.

Same as last week, although I added in an extra set. Coach wanted me to add 2.5 kg per week, but I just wouldn't have been able to do that last night, because those felt HARD.

Ended the night with hypers. I was so exhausted I didn't even do any other conditioning.
