Easy day today.

Ugh this is soooo much less than what I'm used to doing. Hopefully it's for the better, though.

FOOD
Breakfast: kombucha, 1/2 c canned salmon, 1 TBS olive oil
Lunch: salad, .5-.75 c turkey, 1 TBS olive oil, vinegar
Snack: handful of almonds
Dinner: pork chops (2), green beans, tomato, salad w/ olive oil and vinegar

Where is the snack between bfast and lunch? Or the protein shake at night?
If you have salmon during a meal, do you really need a tbs of oil? Instead of a tbs of olive oil, you should buy yourself some Fish Oil supplement - which is better than flax seed oil.
