have you tried doing your pushups on your knuckles? I would talk to Greg Privitera -- he's been having wrist issues and dealing with them and training through them for quite some time now. He's a trainer over at CFCC-- find him on the boards or shoot him an e-mail (www.crossfitcc.blogspot.com)
