I was in Baltimore this past weekend, and my cousin's Aunt is a PT who specializes in shoulders. I explained to her what's been going on with my shoulder the past 6 months and she came to a very simple and surprisingly quick conclusion: I stretched the joint capsule of my right shoulder (probably doing a bench press, way back in July).
What that means is no overhead work for at least 6 weeks, and do nothing where I can't see my elbows.
So that means, all I can do is:
Not bad. What'll I be doing for the next 3+ months? Working the hell out of my FS.
hypers: 3x10, 16 kg
Bicep curls: 2x10, 10 lbs
Not bad, considering my best EVER front squat is 85.
