shoulder update

I was in Baltimore this past weekend, and my cousin's Aunt is a PT who specializes in shoulders. I explained to her what's been going on with my shoulder the past 6 months and she came to a very simple and surprisingly quick conclusion: I stretched the joint capsule of my right shoulder (probably doing a bench press, way back in July).

What that means is no overhead work for at least 6 weeks, and do nothing where I can't see my elbows.

So that means, all I can do is:
-Front squat
-clean
-pull
-Deadlift

Not bad. What'll I be doing for the next 3+ months? Working the hell out of my FS.

Food for thought ...

Sorry for the lack of posting, got some great things to post (including tips some interesting tips on exercise and movement), been busy with school. But here is something fun.

High school, Dec 2005, and now, Jan 2010. Crazy what squatting can do :)
